Privacy policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026.
Overview
TenSixty Biosciences, Inc. (“TenSixty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how information may be handled when you visit this website or contact us.
Information you choose to provide
You may provide information such as your name, email address, organization, and message when contacting us. The contact form in this frontend opens your own email application; the website itself does not transmit or store the form contents.
Technical information
A production web host may automatically process routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Separately from routine hosting and security logs, we use optional analytics only when you consent, as described below.
Analytics and browser storage
If you select “Accept analytics,” we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website and improve its content and performance. Analytics information may include pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, device and browser type, interactions, and session timing. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising-personalization features in the website tag.
Google Analytics remains disabled unless you consent. If you accept, Google Analytics may use
first-party identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*. We store your analytics
choice in your browser’s local storage so the site can honor it on future visits. You can change
or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the site footer.
We do not intentionally send Google Analytics information entered into the contact form, such as your name, email address, organization, or message. For more information about Google’s data practices, see Google’s privacy policy.
Third-party services
The site may request web fonts from Google. Your browser may connect directly to that service, which operates under its own privacy terms. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics also receives the website-usage information described above. Email links open the application or provider you choose to use.
How information may be used
Information sent to TenSixty may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate collaboration or employment interest, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and operate our business. With your consent, analytics information may be used to understand aggregate site usage and improve site content and performance. We do not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Data retention and security
We retain correspondence only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, our legitimate business needs, and applicable legal requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have sent to TenSixty or to request an appropriate correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping requirements. You can accept, decline, or withdraw analytics consent at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the site footer. Withdrawing consent prevents future analytics collection on subsequent page loads; information collected before withdrawal may remain subject to Google Analytics retention settings.
Updates
We may update this policy as our website and practices evolve. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
